Monday nights are very special at the Disability Community! The Innovate club provides an opportunity for young disabled people aged 16 – 25 to come together for fun and learning. Each week 40 young people attend and take part in a variety of activities ranging from art to gardening; cookery to dancing; and computer games to jigsaws!

The emphasis is on choice and variety and everyone is encouraged to try something new.

The group members have now formed a committee who plan the programme and have responsibility for their own budget which they can spend on equipment and outings.
