Through tutor-led courses in IT, literacy, drama, art and creative writing, the Disability Community is equipping disabled people with the confidence and skills needed to move towards employment. Working in partnership with GNRA and Culture & Sport Glasgow, the learning programme is expanding and empowering disabled people throughout North Glasgow.
Many disabled people have not been given opportunities to grow and develop and the courses run at the Disability Community offer a chance to return to learning. Expert tutors and IT technology make it possible for people of all abilities to participate in the learning programme.
