Social Programme within our Resource Centre

The building in Possilpark is the base for all operations and is a major focus for the local community. The cafe is open to all and the centre is in constant use from 9am to 9pm each day offering a huge range of services to disabled people. Increasingly it is also a hub for activities provided by other agencies in connection with the modernisation of services for adults with learning disabilities.

The Disability Community also works in partnership with Rotary Care to provide registered care place for adults with complex needs. Current negotiations will also lead to a day care service for young people with complex needs.
